There is an initial non-refundable fee of $25 (this will be factored into the final total of your order) to begin the process. Once payment is rendered we will begin the design process. Once verification on approval of design is made, a final total for production and turnaround time will be provided. Once paid please allow 3 - 15 business days for production with an additional 3 - 5 days for shipping depending on shipping method. *Please note, that production time does not include shipping time. Should a customer cancel an order at anytime during the process, they will forfeit the original design, that will be used by ONLY 1. A full refund will be provided minus the $25 initial fee.
